**** RITU BAHRI, J. (oral) Pursuant to the order dated 16.12.2019, the goods of the petitioner has been provisionally released.

On the question of order dated 31.10.2019 (Annexure P-1) whereby, penalty has been imposed on the petitioner, counsel for the respondent states that the order dated 31.10.2019, is an appealable order and petitioner can avail the remedy of appeal as goods have now been released. In view of the above, this petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail the alternate remedy in accordance with law. The petitioner can file the appeal within 30 days.
