RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition is for issuance of direction to the learned trial Court for deciding the petition filed under Section 12 of the POCSO Act for grant of interim maintenance expeditiously. It has been submitted by counsel for the petitioner that at number of times, the arguments have been raised, however, the same has not been decided so far.
