(Oral) The prayer in the petition under Section 482 of BNSS is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.25 dated 10.07.2025 under Sections 120-B, 193, 196, 199, 200, 406, 409, 418, 420, 467, 468, 471, 474, 477-A of IPC & Sections 13(2), 13(1) (c) and 13(1) (d) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 registered at Police Station Anti Corruption Bureau, Hisar. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the interim order dated 29.08.2025 passed by this Court, petitioner has joined the investigation.

The learned State Counsel on instructions submits that the petitioner has joined investigation in terms of order dated 29.08.2025 and is not required for custodial interrogation.

In this view of the matter, interim order dated 29.08.2025 is made absolute.

However, the petitioner shall keep on joining the investigation as and when required to do so and he shall abide by the conditions as envisaged under Section 482(2) of BNSS.

Petition stands disposed of.
