The petitioner is seeking regular bail in case FIR No.317 dated 04.12.2018, registered under Sections 307, 324, 323, 452, 34 of Indian Penal Code, 1860, however, Section 326 IPC was added later on, at Police Station Sultanpur Lodhi, District Kapurthala. Custody certificate dated 11.09.2021 has been filed, which is taken on record.

On the basis of custody certificate, State counsel submits that the petitioner has been released on bail on 20.01.2020. In view of this development, the petition has rendered infructuous and is dismissed as such.
