, -./ The instant second petition is for seeking concession of regular bail in case bearing FIR No. 438 dated 15.09.2015 registered under Sections 302, 201 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25 of the Arms Act at Police Station Meham Rohtak.

The present case was registered on the complaint moved by Ranbir Singh son of Bharthu, who reported that his son Kaptan alias Kappe was Sarpanch of the village and staying at his own house. On 15.09.2015 at about 11:00/11:30 a.m., his son Kaptan went to the village Bharan in his Ritz car bearing registration No.HR-15B-7393. At about 1:30/2:00 p.m., the complainant received the information that someone had opened fire upon his son at GT road near Girls School, Madina. On this information, he reached the spot and he came to know that his son was murdered by three persons VISHAL SHARMA 2025.09.05 18:54 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

  namely Jaiveer, Kulwant and Amit by causing injuries on the head and forehead. On the basis of aforesaid complaint, present case was registered. Investigation was carried out. During the course of investigation, the petitioner-Jaiveer was arrested on 02.09.2020. 3.

Even though Counsel for the petitioner has vehemently argued that the petitioner has already undergone an actual custody of nearly 05 years, however, counsel for the State points out that the trial is at a fag end and out of 28 witnesses, 26 witnesses have already been examined and only two witnesses remain to be examined. The next date of hearing fixed before the trial Court is 19.09.2025.

Taking into consideration the period of custody already undergone by the petitioner as well as the stage of trial, I refrain from extending the concession of regular bail to the petitioner at this stage but deem it as a fit case to request the trial Court to expeditiously conclude the pending trial and take all earnest steps to preferably conclude the same within a period of 04 months from today.

Let a copy of this order be sent to the trial Court for ensuring compliance.

The present petition is dismissed at this stage.
