Seeking quashing of FIR captioned above, the petitioner has come up before this Court under Section 482 CrPC.

After arguing for some time, counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to raise all these points at the time of framing of charges. Counsel for the petitioner further submits that personal appearance of the petitioner be exempted till framing of charges keeping in view his severe medical condition. 3.

Given above, the present petition is disposed of as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid. The trial Court is requested to consider all the points so raised by the petitioner at the time of arguments on the point of framing of charges. Liberty reserved to petitioner to file an application for exemption from personal appearance. If such an application is filed, trial Court is directed to exempt the petitioner from personal appearance after the passing of order qua the point of charges. All pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.
