On 03.03.2020 the following order was passed : "This is an application for substituted service of respondent Nos.1 and 2 by way of publication. For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed subject to all just exceptions.

Let respondent Nos.1 and 2 be served by way of publication in two local newspapers i.e. Hindi and English having wide circulation in the area." Application is disposed off."

Till date publication charges have not been deposited. None has come present on behalf of the applicant-petitioners. In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present review application for non-prosecution. Dismissed for non prosecution.
