**** ANOOP CHITKARA, J. (ORAL) Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has complied with the previous order dated 25.01.2023 and he is present in the police station. She further submits that other conditions have already been complied with. Given above, the present petition stands allowed and interim order dated 05.12.2022 is made absolute.

It is clarified that in case, any of the conditions has not been complied with, the same must be done positively by 20.02.2023 failing which this order shall stand recalled automatically without any further reference to this Court.
