DEEPAK GUPTA , J.(Oral) Grievance of the petitioner is that he has been falsely implicated in case FIR No.0440, dated 23.10.2022, under Sections 341, 323, 324, 506, 148, 149 and 120-B of IPC, registered at Police Station Sohana; that he has made representation dated 19.07.2023 (Annexure P-3) to the Senior Superintendent of Police, SAS Nagr (Mohali), but the same has not been considered so far.

Notice of motion to respondent Nos.1 to 3 only. Mr. R.S. Khaira, DAG, Punjab accepts notice on behalf of respondent Nos.1 to 3 only. Copy of paper book be supplied to him during the course of day.

This petition is hereby disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3-Senior Superintendent of Police, SAS Nagar (Mohali) to consider the representation (Annexure P-3) of the petitioner and dealt with the same in accordance with law.
