RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition is for issuance of direction to respondents No.2 to 5 to register case against respondents No.6 to 11 with a further direction to protect the life and liberty of the petitioners. It is further prayed that direction be also issued to respondents No.2 to 5 to quash case under Sections 107 and 150 Cr.P.C. against the present petitioners. It has been contended by learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioner No.1 has already moved a representation dated 22.02.2021 (Annexure P-6) to respondent No.3, however, no action has been taken on the same.

Notice of motion to respondent Nos.1 to 4 at this stage. On the asking of the Court, Mr. B.S.Virk, Deputy Advocate General, Haryana, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent/State.

The petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3, i.e. the Superintendent of Police, Rewari, to decide the representation dated MEENU 2022.12.13 15:23 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment
