Thereafter, from the last two dates of hearing, adjournment slips have been filed and the case was adjourned twice, noticing that no one had appeared on behalf of the petitioners. Today again for the 3rd time, an adjournment slip has been filed.
There is no representation on behalf of the petitioners. Dismissed for non-prosecution.
