Present petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for seeking pre-arrest bail to the petitioner(s) in case FIR No. 160 dated 23.08.2018, registered under Section(s) 120-B, 302, 34 & 364 IPC (Section 212 IPC was added lateron) at Police Station Behal, District Bhiwani. Learned counsel for the respondent-State, on instructions from Pawan Kumar, Head Constable, contended that there are two main accused in this case, namely Anil and Manjit, who have been arrested and are in custody. Learned counsel for the respondent further contended that petitioner has joined investigation and he is not required for any further investigation.
