Present petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for seeking pre-arrest bail to the petitioner(s) in case FIR No. 101 dated 24.05.2017, registered under Section(s) 364, 377, 342, 506 & 34 IPC and Sections 3 & 4 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 at Police Station Meharban, Ludhiana, District Ludhiana.

As per the allegations contained in the FIR, petitioners were involved in abduction and sexual assault to the victim of 14 years. Taking note of these allegations, the matter requires thorough investigation. Hence, present petition stands dismissed.
