-.- ALKA SARIN, J. (Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner would contend that the parties to the lis reached a compromise before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court. Report of the Mediator along with settlement/compromise dated 19.08.2019 has been sent to this Court. Learned counsel further states that in view of the settlement/compromise arrived at between the parties on 19.08.2019, peaceful vacant possession has already been handed over to the landlord-respondent. In view of the above, the present revision petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
