***** GURVINDER SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) The petitioner has preferred this petition seeking quashing of FIR (Annexure P-1) and all consequential proceedings emanating therefrom. Learned State counsel has informed that as on date 22 PWs out of the cited 26 PWs have already been examined. In view of the aforestated position, wherein this Court finds that the trial is virtually at its fag end, it will be more appropriate that the petitioner makes all his submissions including the submissions as have been raised herein before the Trial Court as the matter can be better appreciated in context of the evidence, which has been led before the Trial Court. The instant petition, as such, is disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to raise all the pleas as have been raised herein before the Trial Court at appropriate stage.
