*** HARSH BUNGER, J. (Oral) The present petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing the enquiry report dated 24.07.2025 (Annexure P-9) and letter dated 05.08.2025 (Annexure P-10).
1.1 A further prayer has been made for issuing a writ in the nature of Mandamus for directing the respondents not to initiate any action against the petitioner on the false allegations.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to raise all the pleas available to him in the proceedings already initiated against him.

In view of the above, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
