(ORAL) Through this Criminal Writ Petition under Articles 226 of the Constitution of India, prayer has been made for issuance of a writ in the nature of Habeas Corpus directing respondents No. 2 and 3 to release or produce the detenues detailed in para No. 3 of the petition, who are in illegal custody of respondents No. 4 and 5.
