By way of present Criminal Revision Petition, petitioner has assailed the order dated 15.03.2022 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Sonipat, vide which, the judgment of conviction dated 29.09.2016 and order of sentence dated 30.09.2016, passed by learned JMIC, Sonipat, has been maintained.

It is noticed that none appeared on behalf of the petitioner on 18.09.2023, 06.11.2023, 23.07.2024 and 30.09.2024. On 26.11.2024, Mr. SD Bishnoi, Advocate, appeared on behalf of the petitioner and on his request, matter was adjourned to 06.02.2025. Thereafter, when the matter came up for hearing on 02.07.2025, again none appeared on behalf of the petitioner and following order was passed by this Court:- "1.

Although, there is no representation on behalf of JAWALA RAM 2025.07.18 19:28 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document

CRR-2736-2022 (O&M) - 2 - the petitioners/convicts in both the cases, yet counsel for the complainant informs that most likely, the sentence period as awarded by the Courts below is over, and therefore, there might be no interest left with the petitioners to pursue the proceedings in the present case.

Let the said fact be verified by learned State counsel from the jail authorities, before the next date of hearing.

List again on 15.07.2025.

To be shown in the urgent list.

A photocopy of this order be placed on the file of other connected case."

Even today also, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.
