   is praying for issuance of a writ in the nature of prohibition restraining the respondents from filling up 5994 posts of ETT Teachers as advertised vide Advertisement dated 12.10.2022 (Annexure P-2). 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that during the pendency of the writ petition, the petitioners have completed the ETT course for the academic session 2021-22, as such, he does not want to press the instant petition, however, liberty be granted to file a representation to the respondents to consider the case of petitioners for appointment on the post of ETT Teacher.

Learned State counsel does not oppose the prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioners.
