The present review application has been filed by the review applicant-petitioner for review of the order dated 21.09.2017 passed in CR-8746-2016.

While disposing off the main revision petition being CR-8746-2016, it was observed by the Court on 21.09.2017 that "...... By way of the impugned order dated 24.10.2016, the learned trial court rightly granted two months' more time to the decree-holder to deposit the balance sale consideration.".

Now the present review application being RA-CR-219-CII-2017 has been filed by the applicant-petitioner. In the garb of the present review application, learned counsel for the review applicant-petitioner wants to reagitate and reargue the case on merits, which cannot be permitted in a review application. The review application is accordingly dismissed. Pending applications, if any, also stands disposed off.
