RA No.13-C of 2017 (O&M) in -2RSA No.1527 of 2014 47 of the Code of Civil Procedure do not envisage such grounds. There has to be an error apparent on the face of record, which has not been brought to the notice of this Court, much less, it tantamounts to re-agitate the points which have been raised and addressed, in view of the ratio decidendi culled out by Hon'ble Supreme Court in Tamilnadu Terminated Full Time Temporary LIC Employees Association Vs. S.K. Roy, The Chairman, Life Insurance Corporation of India and another" 2016 (9) SCC 366. Even the order, which is sought to be reviewed, has already been upheld by the Hon'ble Supreme Court vide order dated 21.11.2016 passed in Special Leave to Appeal (C) No.33007-33009 of 2016 titled as "Mahant Krishan Gopal Dass Vs. Darshan Singh @ Darshan Dass and another".

The review petitions are dismissed.

Consequently, the applications for condonation of delay of 170 days in filing the review applications are also dismissed.
