ALKA SARIN, J. (Oral) This is a revision petition pertaining to the year 2019 and is still at the stage of preliminary hearing. On 21.11.2019 the case was adjourned on the request of learned counsel for the petitioner. Yet again on 28.01.2020 the case was adjourned on the request of learned counsel for the petitioner. On 04.02.2020 the matter was once again adjourned on the request of learned counsel for the petitioner. On 28.04.2022 none had put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner. Today, the matter has been called twice. However, none has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner. The petitioner does not seem to be interested in pursuing the present revision petition.

Dismissed for non-prosecution. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
