***** GURVINDER SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) The learned State counsel has informed out of cited 10 PWs only 2 PWs remain to be examined and that the matter is now fixed before the trial Court for 14.2.2020 for recording remaining prosecution evidence. Faced with the aforestated position, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition. In view of the aforesaid submission, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

The Senior Superintendent of Police, Hoshiarpur is, however, directed to ensure the presence of remaining PWs, who are stated to be official witnesses of the rank of ASI, before the Trial Court on the next date PANKAJ KAKKAR 2020.01.23 19:33 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
