(Oral) Counsel for the respondent has brought to the notice of the court that even though, the address of Ghaziabad has been mentioned in the petition, but however, along with the transfer application, the applicant has annexed copy of the Aadhar Card, which is of Delhi. No explanation, as such, has been given by the counsel for the applicant, for giving the different Aadhar Cards. However, counsel submits that after filing of the previous transfer application, which was since withdrawn, the applicant had got changed her Aadhar Card from Ghaziabad to Delhi and now it is changed to Zirakpur.

In the given circumstances, when there is variation coming forth, with regard to the place of residence of the applicant in the Aadhar PREETI 2026.01.31 10:09 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document

TA-1106-2025 (O&M) Card, annexed with the transfer application, which does not match with the address given in the memo of parties, at this stage, counsel for the applicant submits that she does not want to pursue with the present application, on account of this variation and seeks permission to withdrawn the same, with liberty to file afresh, with better particulars. Ordered accordingly.
