The present petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for quashing of FIR No.227 dated 06.07.2019 registered under Sections 304-B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 at Police Station Sector 17/18, Gurugram, District Gurugram. 2.

Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Brijender states that the present petition has since been rendered infructuous inasmuch as the petitioner in the present case stands acquitted. 3.

Dismissed as having been rendered infructuous. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
