RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Petitioner has approached this Court praying for issuance of directions to official respondents to release the benefits to the petitioner as per Rule 4 of Punjab Package Deals Properties (Disposal) Rules, 1976, and in view of the judgment rendered by this Hon'ble Court in CWP-1567-2014, Annexure P/2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has reiterated his arguments that requisite documents have been furnished in the office of competent Authority.

However, Cdr.Baljinder Virk, District Defence Services Welfare Officer, Sangrur, who is present in Court, has denied the same. He has candidly apprised this Court that if petitioner files a fresh complete set of requisite documents, his case would be processed accordingly. In view of the above statement made by the Officer, petitioner MEENU 2024.03.06 14:25 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CWP-28-2019 -2is directed to visit the office of the officer present in Court today on 11.03.2024 at 10.00 a.m. alongwith requisite documents. On furnishing the same by the petitioner, the respondent/Authority would decide the same in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within three months from today. However, the petitioner would be at liberty to pursue his remedies in case any further cause of action arises.

Disposed of accordingly.
