Prayer in this petition filed by petitioner wife is for transfer of the petition bearing No.HMA-540 of 2021 filed by respondent-husband under Section 13(1)(I-A) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, titled "Pankaj Vashisht vs. Dr. Anjali Sharma" pending in the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Jhajjar Camp at Bahadurgarh to a court of competent jurisdiction at Sonepat (Family Court Camp at Gohana). 2.

Mr. Kulbhushan Sharma, Advocate, puts in appearance on behalf of respondent and files his power of attorney, which is taken on record. Learned counsel for the respondent, on instructions, submits that respondent has no objection if the present petition is allowed and the aforesaid case is transferred to Family Court, Gohana, District Sonepat. However, he prays for issuance of directions to the Family Court, Gohana, Sonepat, for expeditious disposal of the matter. 3.

In view of the above statement, this Court deems it appropriate to allow the present petition, subject to the following conditions:- a) The petition bearing No.HMA-540 of 2021 filed by respondent-husband under Section 13(1)(I-A) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, titled "Pankaj Vashisht vs. Dr. Anjali Sharma" pending in the Court of Principal ASHOK KUMAR 2023.02.06 11:35 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

T.A.No.1500 of 2022 (O&M) Judge, Family Court, Jhajjar Camp at Bahadurgarh is transferred to a court of competent jurisdiction at Sonepat (Family Court Camp at Gohana).

b) The ld. District Judge, Jhajjar is directed to transfer complete record pertaining to the aforesaid case to District Judge, Sonepat.

c) The parties, through their counsel, are directed to appear before the District & Sessions Judge, Sonepat on 24.02.2023.

d) The District Judge, Sonepat will assign the said petition to the Court of competent jurisdiction. 4.

The concerned Court at Sonepat will make all endeavour to refer the case before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre for exploring the possibility of some amicable settlement between the parties. 5.

The Court concerned, where the litigation pending between the parties, will accommodate them with one date in one calendar month. 6.

Disposed of. The Family Court, Gohana, Sonepat, is directed to dispose of the matter within 6 months from the date of appearance of the parties.
