**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL , J. (ORAL) The petitioner seeks regular bail in FIR No. 173 dated 16.9.2019 under Sections 379-B/411/34 IPC registered at Police Station Division B, Amritsar, District Amritsar.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on 27.1.2020, complainant Simranjit Kaur appeared as PW-5 and has not supported the prosecution version. He further submits that since co-accused Rajat and Harsh are juvenile, they have been granted regular bail and the petitioner has been in custody since 19.9.2019.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Chiman Singh, submits that the motorcycle in question was recovered from the petitioner. The petitioner has been in custody since 19.9.2019. Co-accused Rajat and Harsh have already been granted regular bail. The trial will take time to conclude.
