(ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been made for quashing FIR No.0054 dated 01.12.2018, registered under Sections 447, 506 and 34 IPC, Police Station Arif Ke, District Ferozepur (P-1) and all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise dated 10.12.2018 (P-2).
Pursuant to order dated 01.04.2019 of this Court, the parties appeared before the trial Court on 08.04.2019 along with receipts of `15,000/- to get their statements recorded. Learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Ferozepur, has submitted her report dated 19.04.2019, vide letter bearing No.243 dated 29.04.2019 duly forwarded by learned District and Sessions Judge, Ferozepur, vide letter bearing No.4311/EB dated SONIKA 2019.05.22 17:02 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh

According to the report, ld. Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Ferozepur, is satisfied that parties have entered into a valid and genuine compromise, which is voluntary and bonafide and out of free will of the parties, without any pressure or undue influence. No accused has been declared as proclaimed offender.
Considering the report of ld. Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Ferozepur, dated 19.04.2019 and the fact that the compromise will bring peace and harmony in relations between the parties, aforesaid FIR No.0054 dated 01.12.2018 along with all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, is quashed qua the petitioners only. Disposed of accordingly.
