Grievance raised in the writ petition is regarding improper rejection of nomination papers of petitioner(s). There is further prayer for stay of process of elections to the Gram Panchayat as declared vide notification dated 19.09.2024 during pendency of the writ petition. There is a further prayer for videographing the entire process of election. 2.

It is to be noted that election in question has since been held. Furthermore, writ petitions raising similar issues regarding the elections notified on 19.09.2024 have been dismissed vide order dated 14.10.2024 by co-ordinate Bench SUNIL 2024.10.21 10:22 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
