RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying for quashing of FIR No.0082 dated 14.11.2022, under Sections 323, 34, 354, 354-B, 379-A, 406, 452, 498-A, 506 IPC, registered at Police Station Women, Kurukshetra.

Learned State counsel submits that the matter is under investigation.

Counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to the petitioners to avail alternate remedy as available to them in accordance with law.
