The present contempt petition has been filed for deliberate and intentional disobedience of order dated 31.07.2023 passed by this Court in CWP-16323-2023.

Learned counsel for the respondent contends that the order dated 31.07.2023 passed by this Court in CWP-16323-2023 has been complied with and in compliance of the same, representation dated 10.05.2023 submitted by the petitioner has been duly considered and decided by the District Education Officer, Nuh, by way of passing a speaking order dated 15.03.2024. The same is taken on record. 3.
