JUSTICE AMIT RAWAL -.- AMIT RAWAL J.(ORAL) The prayer in the review application is for modification of the order that the persons, who had approached the authorities for vindication of the grievance, were the legal representatives of Allah Dia son of Faiz Bux and the order under challenge sought to be reviewed, may be construed to be pertaining only to the aforementioned legal representatives and not of legal representatives of Yasin.

The review application is accompanied by an application seeking condonation of delay of 80 days. Before this Court could proceed further, called upon Mr. Saini to apprise as to whether at any point of time after passing of the order, legal representatives of Yasin have approached, the answer is in negative. In my view, such an apprehension expressed in the application is premature. No ground for interference is made out. The review application is dismissed on account of delay as well as on merits.
