Instant petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.PC r/w Section 482 Cr.PC for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in complaint No.216-A dated 31.03.2011 under Sections 406, 415, 418 and 420 IPC and against order dated 09.10.2019 passed by Addl. Civil Judge (Sr. Divn.) Gurugram. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had complied with the order dated 15.01.2020 passed by this Court and appeared before the trial Court.

Learned counsel for the complainant, on the other hand, submits that on account of the absence of the petitioner before the trial Court, P.O. proceedings were initiated against him and he has since been declared a Proclaimed Offender. 4.
