Petition under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 has been filed for grant of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner in FIR No.139 dated 17.07.2023, under Sections 452, 323 read with Section 34 of Indian Penal Code, 1860, registered at Police Station Talwandi Sabo, District Bathinda.

After arguing for some time, when this Court was not inclined to accept the prayer, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, wishes to withdraw the present petition, at this stage. 3.
