NIRMALJIT KAUR, J. (ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the execution proceedings are going on in spite of the pendency of the appeal and the stay application, which are fixed for 18.12.2019.

In view of the above, the present revision petition is disposed of with a direction to the first Appellate Court, where the said appeal and application are pending, to decide the said application on the next date fixed before it and till the said date only, executing proceedings shall remain stayed.
