The petition has been filed, inter alia, seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to release the petitioner's salary as Tubewell Operator in village Dupedi from 18.1.2020 onwards. 2.

As per the specific affidavit filed by the ninth respondentSarpanch, Gram Panchayat, Dupedi, the petitioner was never appointed as Tubewell Operator in the village. He was temporarily engaged only for a period of two months and was released salary for the same by the then Sarpanch, vide cheque no.115053 dated 18.1.2020. Nothing is due to the petitioner so far as his remuneration is concerned. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner disputes the aforementioned facts on the basis of video and audio recordings in his possession, claiming that the petitioner worked as Tubewell Operator even after Ashwani Kumar 2024.04.19 16:04 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

These disputed factual questions cannot be gone into by this Court in exercise of extraordinary jurisdiction. Accordingly, the petition stands disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the civil Court for enforcement of the rights being agitated here, if so advised.
