**** RITU BAHRI , J. (Oral) Petitioners are seeking direction to the respondents to consider their cases for promotions being eligible to the posts of TGT Sanskrit/Punjabi along with all consequential benefits.

Petitioners are possessing the qualifications of Matric with Hindi/Punjabi as subject and with 2 years diploma in Education, B.A with Elective Sanskrit/Punjabi, B.Ed, M.A. Their cases for promotion to the posts of TGT Sanskrit/Punjabi was sent but was not considered on the ground that they have not passed B.Ed with teaching subject Sanskrit/Punjabi. This issue has already been decided by this Court in CWP No. 12143-2016 titled as Suresh Chander and others vs. State of Haryana and others, decided on 12.09.2018 Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that no LPA has been filed against the above said judgment till date. In this regard, the petitioners have given a legal notice dated 20.09.2018 (P-6) but no action has been taken till date.
