(ORAL) The petitioner has filed his statutory appeal on 5.11.2018 (Annexure P8) before the Government - Secretary, Health and Family Welfare, Punjab, in respect of order dated 29.11.2017 (Annexure P4), whereby the petitioner is deemed to have resigned and abandoned her service as a Warder on account of remaining absent from duty w.e.f. 15.2.2014 till the date of the passing of the order without any prior approval.
