The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of necessary directions to official respondents No. 2 and 3 to take action against the private respondents qua which the petitioner has already submitted a complaint dated 27.09.2023 (Annexure P-1). 2.

After arguing vehemently on the merits of the case, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that all his arguments and issues raised in the present petition be kept open as he prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to approach the competent authorities/Court for the necessary relief.

In light of the above, the present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn, with the aforesaid liberty.
