(ORAL) In all the above mentioned petitions common question of law and facts are involved, so all petitions are being disposed of by a common judgment. For brevity, facts are being taken from CRM-M-54484-2023 titled as "Karamjit Kaur Versus Inderjit Singh." 2.

The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 340 read with Section 195 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for initiation of criminal proceedings for perjury against the respondent for making false statements/averments/pleadings with reference to zimni/investigation report dated 21.02.2022 (Annexure P-2) in CRM-M-48562-2023 filed by the respondent for pre-arrest bail in case FIR No.30 dated 08.02.2022 under Sections Renu Bala 2025.08.26 10:21 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document 420/465/468/471/120B of IPC, registered at Police Station Division No.8, District Jalandhar.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that she would be contended and satisfied, if her application/complaint bearing No.UID254571, which is pending with ADCP - 1 Jalandhar City, Public Grievances Division, Punjab Police is decided in a time bound manner and she wants to withdraw all these petitions.

Given the submission of the counsel for the petitioner, the concerned officer-ADCP -1 Jalandhar City, Public Grievances Division, Punjab Police is directed to decide the application/complaint detail in Para No.3 above on or before 30.09.2025 in accordance with law and intimation be sent to petitioner's counsel on his email ID which he would supply to the State counsel during the course of day.

Given above, the present petition(s) are disposed of as withdrawn with the aforesaid observations. State counsel to send the copy of this order to the concerned Officer as early as possible and it shall be permissible for the petitioner to also send the copy of this order to the concerned officer.
