CWP No. 33143 of 2019 The petitioners are allegedly in possession of surplus land in the capacity of old tenants. Thus, they have applied for allotment thereof but no order has been passed till date. The application for allotment is dated 01.10.2018 (Annexure P-2).

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that a direction be issued to the respondents to decide the pending application within a time bound manner. Notice of motion.
