(ORAL) Concededly, the writ petition whereby order dated 05.05.2015 passed by the District Judge has been stayed, is still pending and in such circumstances, liberty was given to file fresh execution application as and when necessity arises. Mr. Dhaula does not dispute the order passed in the aforementioned writ petition.

No ground for interference is made out, much less, any error apparent on the fact of record. The review application is premature and the same is dismissed.
