Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is also aggrieved of the order dated 25.02.2021 to the extent that the petitioner is held entitled to receive rent only to the extent of 20% and has submitted that petitioner be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file appropriate petition challenging the order dated 25.02.2021 along with subsequent orders.
