(ORAL) The issue raised in this appeal for adjudication is in respect of the power of the appellant Corporation to enhance the rate of the land to be allotted to the petitioner/respondent No. 1, as an industrial plot, stands squarely covered by a Division Bench judgment of this Court rendered in Combitic Global Caplet Pvt. Ltd. v. State of Haryana and another (CWP No. 25262 of 2016, decided on 03.04.2019), holding that the petitioner therein would be entitled to an industrial plot at the rate which was offered to him subject, however, to other conditions being met with.
