The petitioner is aggrieved of order dated 30.11.2016 passed by the learned District Judge, Family Court, Barnala whereby interim maintenance to the tune of `3,000/- per month to be paid to the respondent-wife has been assessed in proceedings under Section 125 Cr.P.C. As per the averments in the petition, the petitioner is not an able bodied person as he is suffering from 65% disability. He is living on the mercy of his parents. It is further mentioned that the respondent is not the legally wedded wife of the petitioner as she had not been legally divorced from her earlier husband/husbands.

CRR(F) No.209 of 2017(O&M) -2directed to be present in Court alongwith his parents vide order dated 10.07.2017. There was no representation on behalf of the petitioner thereafter on 16.08.2017. The matter was adjourned to 26.09.2017. Arguing counsel for the petitioner was stated to be in personal difficulty on 26.09.2017 and the matter was again adjourned for today. Last opportunity was afforded to learned counsel for the petitioner to address arguments.
None has appeared on behalf of the petitioner today, despite the matter being called twice.
