Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that the present petition has since been rendered infructuous inasmuch as the main petition under Section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of maintenance itself stands dismissed.

In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
