**** RITU BAHRI , J. (Oral) The grievance of the petitioner before this Court that they are working as English Extension Lecturer. Petitioner No. 1 was working since 13.10.2016 and petitioner No. 2 is working since 13.08.2013. Petitioners are now seeking direction to the respondents to allow them to continue as Extension Lecturers and not to replace them against transfer or deputation of regular employees, temporary, contractual joining. Petitioner No. 1 is NET qualified whereas petitioner No. 2 is Non NET qualified and learned counsel is relying upon judgment of this Court in a case of Mamta Rani and others vs. State of Haryana and others, decided on 09.10.2018, passed in CWPNo. 26077-2018 Notice of motion On asking of the Court, Mr. Harish Rathee, Sr. DAG, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the State. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, instant petition is disposed of with a direction to respondents to allow the petitioners to work till regular appointments are made and the petitioners shall not be replaced on the basis of transfer of regular employee. However, it is further made clear that if some new regular candidate joins, the petitioners can be relieved on the basis of last come first go, in view of Mrs. Rita Tondon vs. State of Haryana and others, passed in CWP No. 169752014, decided on 29.07.2016.
