***** ARCHANA PURI, J. (Oral) The petitioner has invoked the jurisdiction of this Court under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, thereby seeking issuance of direction to learned Lower Court to decide the Civil Suit i.e. CS-328-2019 titled 'Balwinder Kaur Vs. Gurmit Singh etc.', in a time bound manner. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the suit in hand was filed on 14.10.2019 and since then it has not made much progress. The gist of zimini orders has been reproduced in the petition itself. Perusal of the gist reveals about the case still to be at the stage of the application under Order 7 Rule 11 CPC.
On query, it has been submitted by learned counsel that issues have not been framed in the case. Considering the stage of the case, no such time bound direction can be given to learned Lower Court. But anyhow, it is evident from the zimini orders that even though, at initial stage, not much of progress was made in the case, on SONU 2023.10.30 16:34 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document

Thereafter, the case is still pending for the remaining arguments, despite 6-7 adjournments. In the given circumstances, it is expected and desired of learned Lower Court to keep a tab on the disposal of the application and proceed further, expeditiously.
