The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking setting aside of communication dated 01.11.2019 (Annexure P-11) whereby his candidature has been cancelled. 2.

The petitioner, pursuant to advertisement dated 24.11.2018 (Annexure P-1) applied for allotment of retail outlet in open category at district Sonipat. The draw of lots was conducted on 12.03.2019. The candidature of the petitioner was cancelled on the ground that he had not furnished valid Certificate of Advocate.

Ms. Aakriti Sharma, Advocate, submits that case of the petitioner is squarely covered by judgment dated 03.03.2020 passed by PARAMJIT KAUR SAINI 2024.04.10 02:12 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CWP No. 33283 of 2019 -2- 2024:PHHC:048806 this Court in Pushpinder Marya and another Vs. Bharat Petroleum, CWP-28939- 2019 along with connected cases.

Faced with this, Mr. Raman Kaswan, Advocate, expressed his inability to controvert applicability of aforesaid judgment to the facts of the present case.
